Anthropic has launched a new training program to address a shortage of enterprise AI expertise. The company has committed $100 million to Claude Frontier Academy and plans to train 10,000 Frontier Deployed Engineers by 2027. Anthropic emphasised a shortage of talent capable of delivering value from enterprise AI systems through deployment, integration, and management within large organisations.

The first cohorts of this program consist of engineers from Accenture, Bain, Capgemini, Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Deloitte, McKinsey, Morgan Stanley and Novo Nordisk. Anthropic’s experience in deploying the Claude AI models across enterprises and professional services firms informs this initiative.

What is Claude Frontier Academy?
