Maket 2.0 发布,支持 AI 生成平面图与 3D 家装渲染
Maket 2.0 brings AI floor plans and 3D home renders
Maket has launched Maket 2.0, an AI platform that combines floor plan generation, plan editing, and 3D visualization in one workspace. Maket 2.0 is designed for new home projects and for reworking existing layouts, supporting changes like adding a bedroom, expanding a kitchen, or rearranging rooms.
The process starts in a chat window. Users describe the home they have in mind, for example, a 3,000-square-foot townhouse, and an assistant asks follow-up questions about the number of floors, the outline of the plan, and how many bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and kitchens each floor should have. Maket then generates a floor plan that can be adjusted through further chat requests or by resizing rooms directly on the canvas. Homeowners with an existing layout can upload it as an image or PDF and have it converted into an editable project, which opens the platform to renovation planning as well as new builds.
Introducing Maket 2.0: The all-in-one platform for designing your next home, or reimagining the one you have.
An extra bedroom. A bigger kitchen. A completely new layout. Start with an idea or your existing floor plan, and explore what’s possible.

Once a layout is in place, users can render individual rooms in 3D using a built-in library of interior styles such as Minimalist or Scandinavian, or a reference image supplied by the user. Plans can be exported as PDF or DXF files for use in CAD software. Maket positions the platform as a way for homeowners to enter conversations with architects and designers with a clearer visual idea of what they want, while professionals still refine the final direction. Builders, real estate professionals, and designers are also part of the target audience, using it to test several layout options early in a project.
Maket 2.0 is available now on the web. A free plan offers 30 one-time credits without a card, the Homeowner plan costs $20 per month for 300 credits, and the Pro plan costs $100 per month for 3,000 credits, with custom pricing for larger teams. Generating or uploading a floor plan uses 20 credits, a render uses 10, and a layout optimization uses 5.
Maket is a Montreal-based startup founded in 2020 by Patrick Murphy, Stéphane Turbide and Simon Vallee. The company opened its platform to the public in 2023 and says more than one million people have registered since then. Amiral Ventures led its seed round, with Blitzscaling Ventures, BY Venture Partners, Hidden Layers, and Spatial Capital participating, and it added conversational plan editing and floor plan uploads earlier this year. Maket frames the 2.0 release as a way to open the early design stage of a home, a phase usually handled by architects and designers, to homeowners themselves.
