黄仁勋：国家不能完全外包 AI 能力

Jensen Huang says countries cannot fully outsource their AI.

He compares it to electricity, the internet and telecommunications: critical infrastructure that a country must be able to keep running.

Rely entirely on outside providers, and you risk losing access to services you depend on.

For Europe, that makes building its own AI capabilities a question of control.
