ElevenLabs 在新加坡正式启动，设立东南亚总部

AI is changing how businesses and people communicate, and few regions show that shift as clearly as Southeast Asia. It's one of the most linguistically diverse, mobile-first populations on earth, with hundreds of languages and dialects meeting on a single screen.

Today, we're officially launching in Singapore. We're opening an office here to establish our Southeast Asia hub and deepen our commitment to the wider Asia-Pacific region.

We're already investing in the infrastructure to make that possible. In July, we launched Singapore data residency, giving enterprises local hosting, zero-retention options, and lower latency across Singapore and East Asia, as well as SOC 2 compliance.

From banking and financial services to telecom customer service and the region's fast-growing content and creator economies, enterprises across Southeast Asia are already putting ElevenLabs to work:

• Funding Societies. Southeast Asia's largest digital financing platform for small and medium-sized enterprises uses ElevenLabs conversational AI to qualify sales leads at scale in five markets. Human agents join only after the AI has filtered and qualified the conversation.
• Atome. The Singapore buy-now-pay-later firm uses ElevenLabs to power agent and customer engagement workflows.
• Boost Bank of Malaysia and Salmon Group of the Philippines, two of the region's newer digital banks, and Indonesia's largest media conglomerate, MNC Group, to help them deliver better customer service.
• AI Rudder. A WhatsApp business solution, uses ElevenLabs text-to-speech and custom voices across finance, logistics and retail customer service.
• Rezonate. The healthcare AI platform used by 60% of Singapore's public hospitals is building conversational experiences on ElevenLabs.
• Level3AI. The Singaporean startup building customer experience solutions automates long, complex customer calls, such as appointment booking, with ElevenAgents.
